ZUCCHINI & FETTA FRITTERS are so easy to make!
Grate 2-3 zucchini’s and a potato.
Add chopped onion, 2 free range eggs, 1/2 cup gluten free flour, salt and 1/2 cup fetta.
Mix.
Heat frypan and spray with oil.
Add large tablespoon, press down and cook 1-2mins each side.
Sprinkle with salt.
Serve with fresh chilli and a lemon wedges. ?
