Weight Loss is confusing and overwhelming with so many options, opinions and advice available. Through our experience, we have now created a RESULTS based Weight Loss Program which is enjoyable and no starvation required. Our mission if to help you achieve your weight loss goal in a healthy way and create a new healthy version of you!
This program DOES NOT INCLUDE starving yourself, eating carrot sticks only or boring food with no substance.
This program INCLUDES the motivation you need to kick-start your metabolism, create healthy habits, create mindful eating choices and to be standing at the end of the 6 weeks in your favourite pair of jeans.

How the Program Works
We have a number of options for you to choose so to get the most success from the program.
1. Choose your commitment
Our programs are available for 3 or 6 weeks.
2. Choose from the following 2 programs:
4 day program - $112 per week
This program consists of 2 Protein Days (5 protein meals per day) and 2 dinners / 2 lunches.
All meals delivered fresh and no need to freeze any meals. This will kick start your metabolism and leave your weekends to enjoy your favorite meals, within reason! This is perfect to lose a few kilos and/or maintain your weight loss
6 day program - $169 per week
This program consists of 2 Protein Days (5 protein meals per day) and 4 dinners / 4 lunches.
All meals delivered fresh and no need to freeze any meals. This will kick start your metabolism and leave your weekends to enjoy your favorite meals, within reason! This is perfect to lose a few kilos and/or maintain your weight loss
