Veggie Bowls are easy!

Well, thats when you have the ingredients 🙂

Be creative! Here are the key elements:

– Colour – we eat with our eyes, so your bowl must look visually amazing!

– Texture – crunch, soft, in between – this creates an explosion in your mouth

– Flavour – spicy, salty – fresh chilli, herbs, lemon, pink salt

– Protein – Tuna, Salmon, Chicken, Beef, Pork, Fish, Tofu, Lamb – YUM!!!

– Eat your Greens – Spinach, Kale, Zucchini, Cucumber, Beans, Avocado, Edaname Beans, Sprouts – need we say more!

– Nuts – cashews, almonds, peanuts – yum!

– Dressings – always olive oil, vinegar, mustard, lemon and pink salt
