We will take you through an 6 week challenge introducing:

- Food for Fuel & Fasting
- Effective movement for fast results
- Hormones and the effect on weight loss
- We will provide education and your own training plan to follow.
You can choose to cook your own meals or order the food programs with Madame Foodie.
Its about being accountable, losing body fat, feeling fantastic, resetting healthy habits and being the best version of you!
The cost is $144.00 for 6 weeks (if you choose foodie programs to help you, these are in addition).
Meeting times will be for one hour Saturday Mornings at the Wellness Hub, Kirrawee 8am. You will be provided with full instructions each week to follow. You will also be measured and set goals.
