After much success with helping women reset their health and create amazing results, we are now launching a “Couple Health Reset”.
When you are on a mission together, it makes it easier to be motivated and achieve results. The best part, Scott and Raquel, will help you every single step of the way.
You just need to turn up with a commitment, a great attitude and the willingness to accept change to make your life completely different by introducing new healthy habits that will set you up for life, literally!!
What is included in this 4 week Program:
Week 1:
One on One Session with Scott and Raquel to set up an action plan includes breakfast at the Hub (approx 1 hour)
Wellness – Detox Week
Food – 5 Day Detox per person includes dinners, lunches, cold pressed juices, kombucha, protein balls and will set up for the program
Training – 2 x Training Sessions with Scott in our private studio including stretch and recovery
Week 2:
Wellness – Cleanse Week
Food – 5 Day Cleanse Program including lunches and dinners
Training – 2 x Training Sessions with Scott in our private studio including stretch and recovery
Week 3:
Wellness – Weight Loss
Food – 4 Day Weight Loss Program including 2 x Protein Days/Lunches/Dinners
Training – 2 x Training Sessions with Scott in our private studio including stretch and recovery
Week 4
Wellness – Food for Fuel
Food – 4 Day Weight Loss Program including 2 x Protein Days/Lunches/Dinners
Training – 2 x Training Sessions with Scott in our private studio including stretch and recovery
One on One Session to celebrate and check in on results. Set up a plan for moving forward.
IMPORTANT NOTES
All meals are gluten dairy and sugar free
All training is tailor made for you – no bootcamp, no embarrassing burpies or bear crawls, no yelling.
If you are bringing your husband/partner/male – please assure them that Scott is not a wanker trainer 🙂 He has over 20 years of experience and yes, he does drink beer and eats cheese. No he does not live off protein shakes
This is a 4 week commitment – training times will be made to work within your schedule.
We only work with 5 couples at a time. Spaces are limited.
Couples can be – besties/siblings /coworkers/partners/husbands/wives/friends – as long as there are two of you.
Payment is per week – deducted from your credit card and will be for 2 people – $240 per person per week.
