Can I freeze the meals?

Yes you can! All the meals arrive fresh and will last in your fridge for up to 4 days.
Always write the date on your meal when freezing. Chicken/Pork dishes are freezable for 3 months and all other meats are 6 months.


Our family meals are created to feed 2 hungry adults and 2 small children. Although, our lasangnes serve 6 adults.
If you are feeding teenagers, we recommend carb loaded meals such as the stuffed potatoes, pasta dishes and lasagne.

How do I reheat the meals?

You can pop your family meal in the oven on a low heat of 180c for 15 mins until completely heated through.
Or you can zap in the microwave for 3 minutes.

Are all the meals Gluten Free?

Yes except the lasanges that are chosen not be to Gluten Free.

Can you accommodate allergies?

Yes, we can however, there is always a risk of traces in our kitchen.

Do I have to pay upfront for the weekly Individual Programs such as weight loss and detox?

Not at all! Its much easier to pay weekly to work within your budget. Our system will automatically deduct your preferred card.

Do I need to be home for delivery?

No need to be home. If you have a safe spot you prefer for us to leave your order, just make a comment in your booking for our driver.

What happens if I order after the midnight Thursday cut off?

Your order will be then placed in the following week’s delivery run.
This is because we order our produce, meat, seafood and ingredients fresh each week on a Friday.
We never carry over produce etc – so it is always fresh for you.

I prefer to pick up my order as I live in a Unit, is this possible?

Absolutely! Just choose ‘Pick Up from Sylvania’ as your preferred option in the delivery details at checkout. Available times for pick-up are detailed on our Delivery Info page.


Unfortunately, no cancellations. However, we do understand urgent circumstances pop up unexpectedly, therefore, please let us know and we will  provide you with a credit to use for the following week or another time. 

can i cancel a subscription program?

Yes, but it depends on the day as we may have already started cooking / preparing your order.
You can sign into your account to manage your subscription.
You can also pause some subscriptions.
