About Madame Foodie
Madame Foodie is a meal organisation company founded in 2013, one of the first of its kind. It all started when, Madame Foodie herself, Raquel with her 20-years experience in the food industry decided to branch off from the usual “catering” scene and create a business offering more than just a piece of chicken and some veggies.
With Raquel’s background of being a foodie and gluten intolerant for over 20 years, she created a business that would provide Gluten Free and Dairy free meals for those struggling to find delicious food that doesn’t cause illness. Since then the business has branched out from just Gluten and Dairy free and have expanded to also catering meals for blood type, weight loss programs and other dietary needs of our customers.
Our philosophy here at Madame foodie is that food should not be avoided to lose weight or feel healthier, it should be enjoyed and have a positive relationship with you. In today’s society, it is posed that all food causes weight gain and in order to be happy you need to eat plain kale and rice. Here at Madame Foodie, we’ve proved that stigma wrong with our weight loss program, where we provide meals which encourage you to eat and we have had results.
Since that day in 2013 Madame Foodies, clientele and team has grown. We continue to help and provide meals for people with amazing feedback and we are always looking for more ways and opportunities to expand. So what are you waiting for, join the Madame Foodie family and order on the website today and receive your meals next with mad with love and delivered straight to your doorstep.
Meet the Team
Madame Foodie Boss Woman!
Raquel began journey when she created her first business “My Personal Chef” in 2000.
This business stood apart from other catering companies as she was one of the few who was offering freshness taste, homemade cooking for weddings, engagements, corporate events, birthdays and cruise ships.
With a team of 30, Raquel cooked for Channel 7, Pan Macmillan, Colgate Palmolive, St George Bank and many others. Raquel also found a niche market for preparing fresh, healthy, delicious meals for elite athletes such as Steve Waugh & his family, Glenn McGrath, the Sydney Swans, the Brumbies and Rugby League Teams.
In 2005, Raquel sold her successful business to enjoy her three children. Itchy feet set in a few years later and Raquel bought, built and sold “Organics Only” which was a home delivery business of fresh organic produce, breads, meats and dairy groceries. This business was everything Raquel believes in – fresh, healthy food for ultimate wellness.
Today, Raquel has created “Madame Foodie” simply, fresh and quickly with minimal fuss and maximum impact and she continues to bring creativity and inspiration to Madame Foodie and the team. She’s the lady to go to if you need something pulled out of the air to create a perfect dish or if you need something done quickly, more than likely shes already got it done. She’s the powerhouse of the team and an inspirational Boss women to all of us at Madame Foodie.
